The correct procedure for requesting support is as follows:
- Email Tech Support: support at kiwihosting.net.nz
- Post in the appropriate forum for assistance.
HSphere Shared hosting customers may also use the built in trouble ticket system.
When requesting support please as a minimum provide the following information:
Account Name or Account Number, Domain Name, Server Name
Please explain the nature of your problem fully and if possible provide a URL for us to be able to view or replicate the problem.
Any support requests not providing the above information, or sent to any other email address may not be dealt with in a timely manner.
