Log into your control panel.

On the left hand side menu you will see a graph displaying your current disk and traffic quota and how much you have used this billing cycle.

To increase traffic click the edit icon underneath the traffic graph, enter the new quota you would like.

If there are charges incurred for increasing your traffic, the control panel will advise you of the cost and you will need to fund your account by this value before being able to upgrade to the new quota. If you are reducing your quota then the control panel will automatically refund your account if applicable.

To increase disk, follow the same procedure for increasing traffic quotas but instead click the edit icon underneath the Disk usage graph.

Note: If you are increasing your disk space, make sure to also increase your FTP Quota to the same value as your total disk space by using the FTP Manager Icon/option in HSphere
